9 carat gold double horse head ring with diamond. Tiny, exquisite horse heads, wrapped around a 2ct diamond! It is done in a satin finish, with the manes and noses highlighted in a shiny finish. The eyes are little, dark sapphires to give a sparkle of life to each horse and enhance the diamond which is set in white gold.
